When you request a quote, we collect the information you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, and the details you provide about your property and needs. Our website host and form provider may also collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
How we use it
We use your quote request to connect you with one independent, licensed local company that provides the service you asked about, and to follow up with you about that request. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who we share it with
The local company we refer you to receives the information in your quote request so they can contact you. Our form and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We do not share your information with anyone else except as required by law.
Retention
We keep quote requests for as long as needed to complete the referral and follow up, and then for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing hello@sddefensiblespace.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, which you can exercise by contacting us at the same address.
